What’s Covered
Structural integrity (all containers):
Every container we sell is inspected before delivery. If you find a hole, broken seal, or door that won’t latch due to a defect we missed, contact us within 14 days. We’ll repair, replace, or credit—our call.
Workmanship on modifications:
If we add doors, vents, insulation, or electrical work, that labor is covered for 90 days from delivery. If a weld cracks, a seal fails, or a component we installed stops working under normal use, we’ll fix it at no cost.
Paint & coating (new/one-trip units only):
Factory paint on new containers is covered for 12 months against peeling or blistering under normal exposure. Cosmetic scratches from delivery or site placement aren’t covered.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear: rust spots, fading paint, minor dents, worn floorboards on used units
- Weather damage: hail, wind, flood, snow load, or corrosion from coastal/salty air
- Site issues: settling, shifting, or damage from improper placement or foundation
- Modifications you or a third party make after delivery
- Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function (label residue, surface rust, color variation)
- Containers used for hazardous materials, heavy machinery storage, or commercial loading beyond rated capacity
Used containers are sold as-is for cosmetic condition. We note major issues in the listing. If something was missed and affects function, we’ll make it right—but we don’t guarantee a used unit will look new.
